Ferran has lived on The Central Coast since she was a year old and is currently studying a double degree at the University of Sydney. She helps run a state-wide youth advocacy program and is passionate about giving a voice to young people.
Having studied at Hunter Tafe in 2015, Ferran supports an expansion of further education options on the coast.
Ferran is involved with her local community garden and previously helped run and the Point Clare Primary School’s garden club. She believes that building community is essential in a growing city.
Ferran believes there is a need for young people’s voices to be heard and for young people to be actively involved in the decision-making process on the coast.
