John has lived in the Gosford Council area for over 30 years. He is very aware of local issues including the loss of Gosford Waterfront, increased population density and traffic congestion.

John wants to ensure that residents of the former Gosford Council are well-represented on the new Central Coast Council. A committed environmentalist, John has had a long association with the Central Coast branch of the Australian Conservation Foundation including being President for ten years. He has served on committees addressing planning, housing, roads and waste and is actively involved with the Kariong Eco-garden. John enjoys theatre and the arts and will lobby for better facilities and talent development.
